			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The state legislature for Alabama is debating a bill right now that when approved by the people would remove the sales tax on all basic food products at the state level.</p>
<p>This reduces the sales tax on such items by 4%.</p>
<p>The offset is that the highest earning/achievers in the state will be hit with a lower deduction for federal income tax to make up the shortfall.</p>
<p>If you ask those who are backing it then you hear the excuse that it is being done to &#8220;help the poor&#8221;. There is a flaw in this theory and when confronted with it they ignore it. Somehow they think that if there are no evil words about anything they propose then there will be no evil in what they do.<br />
Yes that sounds odd but think about it for a minute.</p>
<p>The very people that this bill is purported to help do NOT pay sales tax on food as by and large the poor are on food stamps and any purchase made with them is TAX FREE.</p>
<p>The purveyors of the myth of need over rights are again pushing the sanction of the victim as an excuse to take by force money from those who have done will in order to support BY FORCE OF GOVERNMENT those who have not.</p>
<p>This is in no shape, form or substance the purpose of government laid out in the constitution.</p>
<p>Why will the progressives (read welfare statists) not just come out and state what they are going for rather than hide it with altruistic warm &amp; fuzzy beggings. Are they afraid that if they state their real intentions that the general public will refuse them and turn them out of office?</p>
<p>The next stage of the civil discourse in this state &amp; nation will hinge on whether those who are for freedom and rights are wiling to stand up and push back against the mystics of muscle and the altruists in order to save this nation and keep us from becoming an average nation like all of those in Europe.</p>

<p>A BILL<br />
TO BE ENTITLED<br />
AN ACT</p>
<p>To propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to repeal Amendment 225 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 211.04 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended; to limit the state income tax deduction for federal income taxes for individual taxpayers; and to exempt sales of food from state sales tax.</p>
<p>BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:</p>
<p>Section 1. The following amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, is proposed and shall become valid as a part thereof when approved by a majority of the qualified electors voting thereon and in accordance with Sections 284, 285, and 287 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended:</p>
<p>PROPOSED AMENDMENT</p>
<p>(a) Amendment 225 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 211.04 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, is repealed.</p>
<p>(b) For all tax years beginning after December 31, 2010, federal income taxes paid or accrued shall be allowed as a deduction for individual income taxpayers, subject to the following limitations:</p>
<p>(1) For single, married filing separately, and head of household taxpayers with adjusted gross income of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or less, and for married taxpayers filing jointly with adjusted gross income of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or less, all federal income taxes paid or accrued shall be allowed as a deduction.</p>
<p>(2) For single, married filing separately, and head of household taxpayers with adjusted gross income of more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), the federal income tax deduction shall be reduced by an amount equal to one percent of federal income taxes paid or accrued for each one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) of adjusted gross income in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).</p>
<p>(3) For married taxpayers filing jointly with adjusted gross income of more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), the federal income tax deduction shall be reduced by an amount equal to one percent of federal income taxes paid or accrued for each three thousand dollars ($3,000) of adjusted gross income in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).</p>
<p>(c) Beginning January 1, 2011, the sale of food shall be exempt from state sales tax. Local governments shall continue to levy sales taxes on food at the same rate collected for the local portion of the retail sales tax. For purposes of this amendment, food means food as defined for food stamp purposes in the Federal Food Stamp Act, 7 U.S.C. §2011, et seq., regardless of where or by what means food is sold. Food does not include candy or soft drinks. Candy means a preparation of sugar, honey, or other natural or artificial sweeteners in combination with chocolate, fruit, nuts, or other ingredients or flavorings in the form of bars, drops, or pieces. Candy shall not include any preparation containing flour and shall require no refrigeration. Soft drinks means non-alcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. Soft drinks do not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or greater than 50 percent of vegetable or fruit juice by volume. In the event that the federal food stamp definition no longer exists, the Legislature shall provide a new definition of food by general law.</p>
<p>Section 2. An election upon the proposed amendment shall be held in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, and the election laws of this state.</p>
<p>Section 3. The appropriate election official shall assign a ballot number for the proposed constitutional amendment on the election ballot and shall set forth the following description of the substance or subject matter of the proposed constitutional amendment:</p>
<p>&#8220;Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to repeal Amendment 225 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 211.04 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended; to limit the state income tax deduction for federal income taxes for individual taxpayers; and to exempt sales of food from state sales tax.</p>
<p>&#8220;Proposed by Act ________.&#8221;</p>
<p>This description shall be followed by the following language:</p>

The people have no &#8220;right&#8221; to vote on whether gambling is legal and at the same time the state nor the fed may decide whether or not gambling may exist as a private enterprise.</p>
<p>To make things clearer some definitions at this point must be stated.</p>
<p><strong>Private Enterprise:</strong><br />

laissez-faire capitalism.</span></p>
<p><strong>Property Rights: </strong><br />
<span style="font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: #444444;">The right to property means that a man has the right to take the economic actions necessary to earn property, to use it and to dispose of it; it does <em>not</em> mean that others must provide him with property.</span></p>

<p>As stated by the Justice Sutherland all three are guaranteed by our federal constitution and no state law or moral precept may override them.</p>
<p>Now that a foundation has been laid lets look at why I say there is no &#8220;right&#8221; to vote on the bingo.</p>
<p>Property is as stated the means used to earn property by use of his existing property. Be it a piece of land, a building or a piece of equipment. Gambling is a game that in some cases is an action of purely chance and others require skill.</p>
<p>As the owner of such a business the proprietor does not force any patron to come into his/her facility and participate in any gambling. Therefore any government mandate that a restriction on his right of practice of any business that presents no direct harm is a violation of the 4th amendment</p>
<p>Those who would say that what he offers is immoral are working on the premise of the rule of man over rule of law.<br />
The &#8220;Moral&#8221; case for banning a specific business or product has no basis in the constitution and therefore is not applicable to any constitutionally allowed government action.</p>
<p>There are those who say &#8220;Gambling preys on the poor&#8221; or &#8220;It hurts families&#8221; as their basis for banning gambling. These people are falling into the trap of the sanction of the victim to exercise the &#8220;moral&#8221; law to violate the rights of the businessman in order to protect the victims from themselves.</p>
<p>There are those that claim the gambling halls bait them in with the possibility of fortunes to be won.<br />
Yes they do advertise that you can win big money.  But that is the purpose of advertising in a free market. The possibility of a fortune being won is actually there.<br />
The odds are low but that is the nature of the game from the start.<br />
<em>Caveat emptor</em> is the law of the land when the consumer is concerned in his/her interaction with the business.</p>
<p>No one forces the poor to go into any establishment to gamble or buy liquor or fast food or even coffee. No one forces the families to be hurt by the poor decisions made by those who support them.</p>
<p>The moment that the law is construed to protect a person or group from their own bad decisions on the premise that they are an assumed victim then the law has passed from its actual definition to a mandate of control of persons possible future actions actions and it has moved beyond protect of rights.</p>
<p>That being said we proceed to the claim that the people should be allowed to vote on whether gambling is legal is almost a moot point.</p>
<p>This is a republic by definition and as such the people have no right to vote. The founding fathers knew that the vote should be a franchise reserved to those who had a definite stake in the government and if given as a right then it would become a tool of plunder.</p>
<p>Therefore the allowance of the people to vote whether a business can exist or not is in direct violation of the constitution and by constitutional law the prevention of gambling or of any business that does not create direct harm is impermissible</p>

<p>Here is the code itself.</p>
<li><strong>Chapter 7 &gt; Subchapter II &gt; Section 221. – Refusal or neglect to answer questions; false answers </strong>
<ul>
<li>(a) Whoever, being over eighteen years of age, refuses or willfully neglects, when requested by the Secretary, or by any other authorized officer or employee of the Department of Commerce or bureau or agency thereof acting under the instructions of the Secretary or authorized officer, to answer, to the best of his knowledge, any of the questions on any schedule submitted to him in connection with any census or survey provided for by subchapters I, II, IV, and V of chapter 5 of this title, applying to himself or to the family to which he belongs or is related, or to the farm or farms of which he or his family is the occupant, shall be fined not more than $100.</li>
<li>(b) Whoever, when answering questions described in subsection (a) of this section, and under the conditions or circumstances described in such subsection, willfully gives any answer that is false, shall be fined not more than $500.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<p>Furthermore if you decide to give them fake info on the questions that are outside of what is required by the constitution then they can charge you under the following statute.</p>
<li><strong>Chapter 7 &gt; Subchapter I &gt; Section 214. – Wrongful disclosure of information</strong>
<ul>
<li>Whoever, being or having been an employee or staff member referred<br />
to in subchapter II of chapter 1 of this title, having taken and<br />
subscribed the oath of office, or having sworn to observe the<br />
limitations imposed by section 9 of this title, or whoever, being or<br />
having been a census liaison within the meaning of section 16 of this<br />
title, publishes or communicates any information, the disclosure of<br />
which is prohibited under the provisions of section 9 of this title, and<br />
which comes into his possession by reason of his being employed (or<br />
otherwise providing services) under the provisions of this title, shall<br />
be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.</li>
</ul>

<p>Now somehow I don&#8217;t think that any of those statutes fit within the confines of the following from Article I Section 2 Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution</p>
<p>Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of <a title="Slavery" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slavery">all other Persons</a>. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, <strong>and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct</strong>. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t see anywhere in there a requirement that I MUST answer their questions.</p>
<p>LIke Congresswoman Michelle Bachman I refuse to fill out the question beyond number in household as anything further is NOT required by constitutional mandate and neither should you as the census form has to go through many hands and you have NO idea WHO may want to use your information for nefarious purposes.</p>
<p>So when you get YOUR census think twice about exactly what you are giving them.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the people of this country over the past 100 years have seen fit to forget why we split from the British Empire it is time for a second Declaration of Independence to state that we the individual do not cede our rights as free persons to the notion that the products of our labor and industry as at the disposal of those who see us as evil and the looters &amp; moochers as the virtuous victims to whom the product of our labor and industry is given without our consent and with no regard for the constitution. </p>
<p>That being said below is a revised constitution that clarifies those things that the founding fathers assumed the reader would understand and makes specific some things that were to general to the point of being useable against the very individuals it was meant to protect. </p>
<p><span id="more-14"></span> </p>
<p>When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature&#8217;s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. </p>
<p>We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all <span style="color: #ff0000;">persons</span> are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness <span style="color: #ff0000;">with no right conferred therein guaranteed to any entity outside of the individual</span>. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. &#8211;Such has been the patient sufferance of these <span style="color: #ff0000;">states</span>; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter <span style="color: #ff0000;">the systems of the federal </span>government. The history of the <span style="color: #ff0000;">recent office holders of President represents </span>a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an <span style="color: #ff0000;">overreaching central control</span> over these states. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. </p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have </span></span>forbidden <span style="color: #ff0000;">the</span> governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained <span style="color: #ff0000;">via permission of the Justice Department</span>; and when so suspended, <span style="color: #ff0000;">The Justice Department has asserted final rule on all local laws as such and usurped the sovereignty of the states</span>.</span></span><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have refused to </span>assent to laws <span style="color: #ff0000;">in regards to rights of the people</span>, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.</p>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have passed legislation that holds private industry by such constraints that normal and rational operation of business has been relinquished to the wants of groups with a vested interest in redistribution of material from the businesses through the central government and the federal treasure restrictions on such businesses.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;"> </span></div>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have used the media in all forms as a platform for disingenuous means against member of the legislature for opposing with manly firmness their invasions on the rights of the people </span></span><span style="color: #ff0000;">and private industry</span>.<span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"> </span></span> </span>They have called together legislative bodies at <span style="color: #ff0000;">times </span>unusual, uncomfortable, <span style="color: #ff0000;">and with the reason of expediency for a perceived threat</span>, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.</p>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have </span></span>endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners <span style="color: #ff0000;">that have followed the law and eased laws to naturalize those who have not followed the law</span>; refusing to pass others to encourage their <span style="color: #ff0000;">legal </span>migration hither.</div>

<div><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">They have </span></span>erected a multitude of new offices<span style="color: #ff0000;"> through departments created by legislative means above and beyond the limits of the current constitution</span>, and sent hither swarms of <span style="color: #ff0000;">government employees from various departments</span> to harass our people, <span style="color: #ff0000;">and take the product of their labor through unjust taxation</span>.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"> </span></span> </div>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Several Presidents have </span></span>combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving <span style="color: #ff0000;">their</span> assent to <span style="color: #ff0000;">these</span> acts of pretended legislation <span style="color: #ff0000;">such as international courts or the Kyoto Protocol</span>.</div>
<p>For imposing taxes on us without our consent <span style="color: #ff0000;">and prosecution of non payment of these taxes through assumption of guilt before trial through government procedure</span>: </p>
<p>Several presidents have imposed on the citizenry through legislation without the consent of the governed taxation with the sole purpose of providing unearned stipends that are unconstitutional and unsecured. </p>
<p>They have set controls of private industry and trade that have been imposed with the specious reason of fairness of which there is no guarantee and none should be expected. </p>
<p>In every stage of these oppressions <span style="color: #ff0000;">and others </span>we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by <span style="color: #ff0000;">derision as upsetting the general welfare and persecution through covert &amp; overt means.</span> A <span style="color: #ff0000;">Chief of state</span>, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the <span style="color: #ff0000;">Chief Executive</span> of a free people. </p>
<div><span style="color: #ff0000;">We, therefore as citizens through the representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these states, solemnly publish and declare, that these united colonies are, and of right ought to be free and independent states without the massive and undue controls of the central federal government; that they are absolved from all impositions not explicitly stated in the constitution, and that all connection between them and the government seated in the District of Columbia is returned to the original form as set forth in the constitution. There was in their time an understanding of words such that there was no need for long legal explanations in order to make a specific definition known. BUT as we are in a litigious soceity there must be clarity.<br />
So I give those words that need it clarity to account for the ignorance or blind adherance to the idea that the &#8220;public good&#8221; is the be all do all of the government and the citizens of the Republic.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">(a) No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States</p>
<p>(b) Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the next meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative;</p>
<p>(c) When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.</p>
<p>(d) The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.Section 3.03</p>
<p>(a) Immediately after they shall be assembled in Consequence of the first Election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three Classes. The Seats of the Senators of the first Class shall be vacated at the Expiration of the second Year, of the second Class at the Expiration of the fourth Year, and the third Class at the Expiration of the sixth Year, so that one third may be chosen every second Year; and if Vacancies happen by Resignation, or otherwise, during the Recess of the Legislature of any State, the Executive thereof may make temporary Appointments until the next Meeting of the Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies.</p>
<p>(b) No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States</p>
<p>(c) The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.</p>
<p>(d) The Senate shall choose their other Officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the Absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of President of the United States.</p>
<p>(e) The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.</p>
<p>(f) Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of Honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.</p>
<p>(g) The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.</p>
<p>(h) The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.</p>

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization that shall be enforced To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations.To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. <div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Section 4.01</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">(a) The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice-President chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:</p>
<p>(b) Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.</p>
<p>(c) The Congress may determine the Time of　choosing　the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.</p>
<p>(d) No person except a natural born Citizen shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years.</p>
<p>(e) The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other　Emolument　from the United States, or any of them.</p>
<p>(f) Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:</p>
<p>(g) &#8220;I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.&#8221;Section 4.02</p>

The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.Section 5.02</p>
<p>(a) In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original　Jurisdiction. <p>(a) Treason　against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of　Treason　unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.</p>

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.</p>
<p>4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.</p>

The direct taxation of any private citizen’s wages or earnings by Congress is hereby prohibited. <p>Section 3. A federal retail sales tax shall be instituted on the consumption of goods and services in the United States once, without exception, but only once.</p>
<p>Section 4. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Amendment 17　- Senators Elected by Popular Vote.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">When　vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.</p>
<p>This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.Amendment 18　- Presidential, Congressional Terms.　</p>
<p>2.　The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.</p>
<p>3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.</p>
<p>4. The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.</p>
<p>5. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.</p>
<p>6. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission.Amendment 19　- Presidential Term Limits.　</p>

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.</p>
<p>4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.</p>
<p>Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.Amendment 23　- Voting Age Set to 18 Years.　</p>

<p>SunTzu teaches &#8220;know your enemy and you know yourself&#8221;. Well I consider the current trend toward socialism and the furtherence of the welfare state as the enemy.  To that end I intend to arm every person possible to know the enemy and be able to face it with full confidence and defeat those to stand for it.</p>
<p>It is occuring at the national level through the actions of the one who stated he would bring &#8220;change&#8221;.<br />
Yea we have seen the change he has brought vis a vis unprecedented federal spending, expansion of government into areas that would make the founding father puke. And all done in the name of  &#8220;hope &amp; change&#8221;. <br />
Well the voters hoped and now they only have change in their pockets after they are unemployed and have no foreseeable chance at getting new work due to the constraints on any business hiring.</p>
<p>In that effort I erected the site that brought you here in order to show the people of this state what the media is too chicken to hammer the current resident of the governors seat about on many fronts.</p>
<p>He claims to be a Republican (usually that means a person stands for individual rights and individual responsiblity) yet he acts like a progressive with his controls and undue use of government to conduct his newest atrocities in the name of the people.</p>
<p>I started this effort to show the people of this state &amp; nation that THEY CAN make a difference one person at a time.</p>
<p>Remember always that this is a nation of individuals and one person can make a difference. If you think I lie look at Martin Luther King. Look at Abraham Lincoln. OR even look at Thomas Edison.</p>
<p>Dr. King brought the issue of civil rights to the spotlight and kept it there till change occured. He changed the nation.</p>
<p>Lincoln brought the issue of slavery to light through the emancipation proclamation and pushed and pushed to end slavery. He changed the nation</p>
<p>Edison brought the modernization of the country to the forefront with his ingenuity and inventiveness and change the face of the nation.</p>
<p>One person can make a difference and YOU may be the one to do it just because of one statement you see or read on here or some other place but it can be done.</p>
<p> We are slowly seeing the erosion of our country, states, counties &amp; cities through the actions of a few that say they speak for us all when they demand that we sacrifice more and more in order to help others and they never even give us a chance to ask WHY? They take actions in the name of the state when they tell us that something is bad for us without even letting us determine whether we think so or not as if we were their ignorant children.</p>
<p> Yes I am going on but it needs to be put to the nation and to the people that they can actually DO something that will ACTUALLY make a diference.</p>
<p> <strong>It must be said, It had to be said the world is perishing from an orgy of self-sacrifice.</strong><strong> </strong></p>
